Upon receipt of Order, please allow 15 days for delivery for UPS Ground. All orders are shipped via UPS in the United States Only. All orders received after 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the next day.

For UPS Next Day Air, 3 Day Air, and 2 Day Air, or faster - please call Donna to arrange.

BACKORDERS: Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will notify you via E-mail or Phone of the approximate shipping date for the back ordered item. We will wait on the backorder for 30 days and if not shipped, the order will be canceled.

Exchange and Credit only.

Christmas: For orders placed 15 days or less before Christmas Day, we cannot guarantee you will recieve your shipment by Dec 25th.

International Orders - Non U.S Orders: Rodney's Cycle House takes online orders through the shopping cart in the United States only. We can ship merchandise abroad only if the amount due is wired to our bank. The merchandise will be shipped after the deposit has been verified. Please call for details if you wish to purchase merchandise for non-U.S. shipment.
