It's that time of the year again, when we are waiting anxiously for Madden 22 coins the reveal of who will be featured on the cover of the upcoming edition of Madden NFL 22. EA Sports announced this week that the cover of this next season will be revealed on the 17th of June on a Thursday and has provided a short teaser which leaves us with few clues as to the person who will be featured. (We were treated to a brief appearance for Madden NFL 12 cover athlete Peyton Hillis as well! ).
The teaser showed two goats -- one noticeably older than the other -making a noise inside a barn before coming out to reveal the date of the cover announcement.
We've only got a few days left before we can find out who will be featured on this year's cover. But, we thought that we'd go through some of the candidates who could be worthy of the honour. Here are our top three options for an athlete who will be a cover model and our top picks if EA Sports chooses to cover the same pair of athletes, as the teaser indicates.
Three of the four Madden NFL cover athletes have been quarterbacks, and it makes sense that our top pick is also one who has a position under center. Bills quarterback Josh Allen is an ideal pick for the latest installment of the video game franchise, particularly after a season that saw him develop into an MVP-caliber quarterback. Allen set career highs in passing yards and passing touchdowns this year as well as had Buffalo on the brink of the possibility of a Super Bowl appearance after appearing in the AFC Championship. Allen is clearly a superstar at this point in his career and Bills Mafia certainly would like to have him become the first player in franchise history to see his face- and the team's logo as the cover.
If you're not going to select a quarterback to be the cover, I don't know how you're able to ignore Derrick Henry. In fact there was a leak from March that suggested Henry as the cover athlete. Although it is not clear the likelihood that Henry will make the cover of buy Madden nfl 22 coins this year's issue, it's certain that he's worthy of it.
